Acupuncture

Sterile, single-use, disposable stainless steel needles are used to stimulate points along known pathways of energy called "channels" or "meridians." This supports the proper flow of energy and blood, relaxes the nervous system, and releases endorphins and endogenous opioids to promote a feeling of well being and reduce perception of pain.

Initial Acupuncture Appointment

Please book an initial appointment type if this is your first time being seen at EAST Acupuncture.

Telehealth

Telehealth is HIPAA compliant virtual health care from the safety and convenience of your home customized to your unique needs and goals. EAST is dedicated to providing the highest quality care regardless of in-person or virtual appointments.

*With the exception of Reiki, all FIRST appointments will be an Initial Consultation and Intake.*

Reiki

Reiki is a technique of channeling healing energy into the recipient through the practitioner's hands. This activates the natural healing processes of the recipient's body to restore physical and emotional well-being. This may be hands off or involve a gentle touch.
Distance Reiki is also offered. See Telehealth.

Acu-Tonics

Acu-tonics involves acupressure using the vibration of tuning forks to stimulate acupuncture points. This is great for relaxation and those who are fearful of needles.

Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques NAET® was developed by Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad in November of 1983. NAET® are a non-invasive, drug free, natural solution to alleviate allergies of all types and intensities using a blend of selective energy balancing, testing and treatment procedures from acupuncture/acupressure, allopathy, chiropractic, nutritional, and kinesiological disciplines of medicine. At this time class IV or more severe allergies are not able to be treated.

One allergen is treated at a time. If you are not severely immune deficient, you may need just one treatment to desensitize one allergen. A person with mild to moderate number of allergies may take about 15-20 office visits to desensitize 15-20 food and environmental allergens.

Basic essential nutrients are treated during the first few visits regardless of sensitivity status unless anaphylactic. Chemicals, environmental allergens, vaccinations, immunizations, etc. are treated after completing about fifteen basic essential nutrients. NAET can successfully alleviate adverse reactions to egg, milk, peanuts, penicillin, aspirin, mushrooms, shellfish, latex, grass, ragweed, flowers, perfume, animal dander, animal epithelial, make-up, chemicals, cigarette smoke, pathogens, heat, cold, other environmental agents if treated appropriately following the correct NAET treatment protocol. It may take several office visits to desensitize a severe allergen. At this time, anaphylactic or severe allergies are not treated.
