FIRST TIMERS: please book an initial consultation. There are designated new patient slots in the calendar. Please call for additional availability. Schedule a FREE 10 minute phone consultation if you have questions our receptionist can’t answer regarding treatments or which appointment type is best for you. Follow up appointments are for previously established patients of EAST only.

Please note, beginning July 1st, 2025 a small fee increase will take effect for all appointment types. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

For the health of your practitioner and other patients, please wear a mask covering your mouth and nose if you have symptoms of a cough or cold. Consider rescheduling your appointment until you are symptom free. Or, you can contact our office to change to a virtual appointment.
